The client is the sole decision-maker in the counselling coaching process. Any and all actions resulting from the coaching sessions are the responsibility of the client. The client releases the coach of all liability pertaining to the services rendered in the counselling coaching relationship.

When placing an order or filling out a form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, postal address or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital data there are NO returns or refunds allowed. All transactions are final. To reschedule service bookings please contact us before 48 hours of scheduled appointments. All bookings are prepaid and are non-refundable. Please provide at least [48 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a counselling session. We will gladly move your booking to a mutually convenient alternative date at no extra cost. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or if you do not attend a scheduled session, the full session fee remains payable. No refunds or complimentary reschedules will be issued for late cancellations.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be cancelled and will be subject to a cancellation fee [full cost of session].
