Bounce ideas, write together in our timed prompt session, unearth hidden gems and see the power of art therapy through poetry, spoken word and freestyles. Here, authenticity is vulnerability and you are lovingly supported and encouraged throughout the process! Journal into the journey of the soul and the magical explorations of self. Where we deep dive to express your most prized possession, your soul essence. Throw yourself into the creative process of word placement, rhythm, sound and rhyme. Learn to paint beautiful pictures even with life's distain, in an artistic and liberating way. As you openly share where you're at, you'll find yourself connecting more deeply with yourself and others. Find peace, beauty, laughter and joy in the midst of struggles or conflict with a tribe that gets it. These sessions are currently being held via Zoom and Clubhouse. Special Consideration: Upon email request and Anastasia's discretion, you can book 1:1 private poetic integration sessions at an additional £10 cost.
