This 30-minute Art Discovery & Exploration Call is for ART COMMISSIONS ONLY. This personalised one-to-one call is designed to help bring your creative visions to life. This call is where clarity is needed and creative alignment is first discussed and agreed upon, prior to booking your bespoke art commission request. This will be your first initial consultation, where your ideas begin to take form! Not just visually, but energetically. Together, we will explore the story you wish to express, the emotions you want to capture, and the energy you desire your artwork to hold within your space and your life. This call is both intuitive and practical—blending creative direction with soulful intention. And Who This Service Is Perfect For: Feel called to commission a meaningful, one-of-a-kind artwork Want guidance in translating your artistic vision into something tangible Desire an art piece that precisely reflects your journey, identity, or transformation Value both artistic excellence and energetic intention Booking & Next Steps Following your call, you will be asked to book the 'Bespoke Art Commissions' service where you will pay a deposit (Redeemable towards your final commission) towards the chosen and agreed style, size etc. Following this, you'll receive a personalised commission proposal outlining your artwork concept, pricing, and timeline. Should you choose to proceed, your deposit (50% non refundable) will secure your place within my commission schedule. This is more than a service booking, it is the beginning of your artwork’s story. Cancellation Policy
Bespoke Art Commission Policy & Terms & Conditions All commissions begin with an initial consultation to explore your vision, intention, colour preferences and overall concept. Following this, a concept proposal and pricing will be confirmed and agreed before work begins. While your vision and intentions are honoured, all commissioned works are created in my signature intuitive and expressive style. By commissioning a piece, you agree to allow artistic interpretation and creative freedom throughout the process. Estimated completion timelines vary between 4-12 weeks depending on the depth, scale of the work and will be discussed at exploration call or following submission request form during booking stages. Each commissioned artwork is one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced, duplicated, or sold as prints, remaining a unique, original piece created exclusively for you. Each artwork will be accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality and uniqueness. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your commission and initiate the creative process. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection of the artwork. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received and final artwork will not be released until full payment has cleared. The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If a commission is cancelled after work has commenced, any payments made beyond the deposit may be partially refundable at the artist’s You will receive 2–3 progress updates during the creation of your artwork. These updates are designed to keep you connected to the process while maintaining creative flow. Minor refinement requests may be accommodated within reason; however, significant changes outside the agreed concept may incur additional fees. The artist (Anastasia) reserves the right to photograph, film, and share the commissioned artwork, including behind-the-scenes and process content, across social media platforms, website, and promotional materials. If you require your commission to remain private, this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Delivery or collection will be arranged only after full payment has been received. Shipping costs included in total pricing. The artist is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the artwork has been dispatched; however, all pieces will be carefully packaged with the love and care it deserves.
